Here we are reaching out to all businesses and corporations to get your work colleagues and staff out the office to help with their mental health. We find their is nothing better than getting everyone together and out into nature to clear the mind and brush away the stresses of the office or even shop floors and everyday stresses of life. So why not get in contact and organise a day trip to South Wales and take a nice stroll up Pen y Fan and the the four falls waterfall tour. As the price of living goes up, the daily worries/ stresses of life and work can get on top of all of us, which is why we are putting on these days to suit your needs. As a qualified mental health first aider it’s the perfect time to support your work force with LBA.
